Night falls, the string lights come on, and the Farm wakes up. If you’ve been meaning to stop by, this month is a perfect snapshot of what Farm House Collective is all about—music afloat on the breeze, makers lining the walkways, and the kind of food you plan your week around. Here’s your quick guide to what’s happening and how to make the most of it.
Weekly Rhythm at a Glance
Friday Farmers Market – Every Friday late afternoon into evening, our growers, bakers, florists, and small-batch producers pop up along the main paseo. It’s the most delicious way to slide into the weekend: pick up pantry goods, fresh produce, and a treat (or three) to enjoy on the Lawn while the sun sets.
1st & 3rd Saturday Vendor Market – Twice a month, the property transforms into an open-air bazaar of local makers. Expect hand-poured candles, ceramics, vintage finds, jewelry, and art—plus limited menu drops from our resident restaurants. Pro tip: arrive early for first pick, then circle back at dusk when the lights flick on and the live music starts.
Live Music Under the Lights – Acoustic duos, indie bands, and the occasional brass section take over the stage on select nights. Bring a blanket or grab a table near your favorite vendor, then let the evening do its thing. All ages, pet-friendly, and a reliably good time.
Family-Friendly Sundays – Slower pace, more sunshine. Lawn games, soft-serve and cold drinks, and plenty of shaded seating for a late lunch. If you’re introducing someone to the Farm for the first time, Sunday is a crowd-pleaser.
Schedules can shift with special programming—always check the Events Calendar for final times, lineups, and ticketed nights.Farm House Team
What to Eat (and When)
The best way to “do” the Farm is to graze. Start at coffee or a smoothie stand while you browse the early vendors, move on to something grilled or wood-fired once the bands sound-check, and wrap with dessert—gelato, baked goods, or whatever pop-up sweet has everyone talking. Many of our vendors run market-day specials and app-only deals, so keep an eye on the Farm House app notifications when you arrive.
Make It a Night Out
If you’re planning a date night or friends’ night:
- Several vendors offer shareable plates—perfect for a “one bite from everywhere” progressive dinner.
- Golden hour on the Lawn is peak photo time. The mural wall and stage lights are the go-to backdrops.
- Ticketed concerts happen on select evenings; your SeeTickets confirmation scans at the entry to the Lawn while the rest of the campus remains open to the public.
Designated driver in the group? Thank you. We’ve got fun zero-proof options alongside craft beverages so everyone has something in hand.
Insider Tips
- Parking & Arrival: On market nights, lots fill quickly. Arrive a little early or ride-share. Accessible parking is available near the main entrance.
- Seating: We keep plenty of tables around the courtyards, but blankets and low lawn chairs are welcome in the grass zones during concerts.
- Pets: Leashed, well-behaved pups are welcome (and very photogenic). Please remember waste bags and water.
- Weather-ready: Evenings cool down; a light layer goes a long way. In warmer weeks, look for misted zones and shaded seating.
- Cashless Ready: Most vendors take cards and tap-to-pay; a few also accept cash.
Why It Works
Farm House Collective was built for moments—quick meet-ups that turn into long hangs, solo strolls that end with new favorites to take home, and the simple joy of hearing a song drift across a courtyard you’ve walked for years. The seven-minute lap around the property can easily stretch to two hours when you’re saying hi to vendors, sampling something seasonal, and waiting for “just one more” tune.
Bring Someone New
If you’re already a regular, invite a neighbor who hasn’t been yet. Start them at the Farmers Market for a low-key intro, or go big with a ticketed night under the lights. Either way, you’ll leave with a story, a snack for later, and probably a new favorite vendor.
