What are your hours of operation?

We’re open daily from 10 AM–10 PM. Hours may vary during private events or holidays, so please check our Events page before visiting.

Where are you located?

You’ll find us at 1393 University Ave, Riverside, CA 92507, just minutes from downtown Riverside.

Is entry free?

Yes — general entry to Farm House Collective is free.

Do I need tickets to visit?

Most days do not require tickets. Some concerts and special events may be ticketed — you’ll see those listed on our Events page with a “Buy Tickets” link.

Where can I see the schedule?

Visit our Events Calendar for the full lineup, including live music, markets, film nights, wellness classes, and special programming.

Where can I park?

Free on-site parking is available, with overflow lots nearby during busy times. Accessible spaces are located near entrances. We recommend arriving early on event nights.

Is there accessible parking and entry?

Yes — accessible parking is available near entrances, and the property includes accessible pathways and restrooms.

FOOD & POLICIES

Rules & Guidelines

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

To support our vendors and maintain a clean, safe space, outside food and beverages are not allowed. Exceptions may be made for medical needs and baby food.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated areas (if applicable). Please follow posted signage and staff guidance.

PETS & ANIMALS

Pets & ADA Info

Can I bring my pet?

No. Farm House Collective is a no-pets property, including outdoor areas and shared seating. ADA-trained service animals are welcome.

What is a service animal?

A service animal is a dog (or in some cases a miniature horse) that is trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability.

Are emotional-support or comfort animals considered service animals?

No. Emotional-support, therapy, and comfort animals are not service animals under the ADA and are not permitted.

What can staff ask about service animals?

Staff may ask: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What task has the animal been trained to perform? Staff cannot ask for documentation or require the animal to demonstrate the task.

Can I host a private event at the Farm?

Yes — we host private events, markets, and special bookings. Visit our Contact page and select Host an Event to submit a request.

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Vendor inquiries are welcome. Visit our Contact page (or Contact → Vendor Inquiry) to apply.
