Terms & Conditions
Effective date: January 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Farm House Collective’s websites, mobile app, social pages, on-site Wi-Fi, ticketed events, vendor programs, and other services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, purchasing tickets or merchandise, submitting forms, or visiting our property, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy).
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Who we are & contact
Farm House Collective (“FHC,” “we,” “us”)
1393 University Ave, Riverside, CA 92507
General: info@farmhousecollective.com
Press: press@farmhousecollective.com
2) Eligibility & scope
You must be at least 13 to use the Services (or older where required by your jurisdiction). Certain offerings (e.g., alcohol service, some events) require you to be 21+ with valid ID. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, purchasers, vendors, applicants, event organizers, and attendees.
3) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted on our site/app and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
4) Accounts, communications & SMS/push
• Accounts. If you create an account in our shop or app, you are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Email/SMS/push. By providing contact details, you consent to receive operational messages (e.g., receipts, event updates). Marketing messages require consent and can be opted out at any time (unsubscribe links; reply STOP to SMS; disable push in device settings). Standard message/data rates may apply.
5) Purchases, pricing & payment
• Merchandise. Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are added at checkout. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline or cancel orders, and correct pricing errors.
• Payment processing. Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not store full card details. Your purchase is also subject to those processors’ terms and privacy practices.
• Gift cards. FHC gift cards are not redeemable for cash except as required by law (e.g., California cash-out under $10). Lost or stolen cards are not replaceable; no fees or expiration where prohibited by law.
6) Shipping, returns & refunds (merch)
• Shipping. Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer to the carrier.
• Returns. Unworn/unused merchandise with tags intact may be returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Final sale items, gift cards, downloadable goods, and perishable items are non-returnable. Unless defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping.
• Refund method. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; timing may vary by provider.
Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
7) Events, tickets & venue rules
• Ticketing. Tickets may be sold via third parties (e.g., SeeTickets). Your purchase and attendance are also governed by the ticketing partner’s terms and refund policies.
• Cancellations/reschedules. If FHC cancels an event, we or the ticketing partner will generally provide a face-value refund (fees may be excluded unless required by law). If rescheduled, original tickets are typically honored for the new date.
• Entry & conduct. All guests must follow posted rules and staff directions. We may refuse admission or remove any person for safety, intoxication, disruptive behavior, or violation of policies—without refund.
• Alcohol. Must be 21+ to purchase or consume. Valid government-issued photo ID required. We may refuse service to anyone. Outside alcohol is prohibited.
• Assumption of risk. Events are primarily outdoors. You assume all risks incidental to attendance, including weather, crowd conditions, and inherent activities.
• Photography & recordings. You agree that FHC may capture and use photos/video of events and public areas for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, alert our staff; we will make reasonable efforts but cannot guarantee exclusion from wide-angle crowd shots.
8) On-site code of conduct
To maintain a welcoming environment:
• No weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials
• No harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior
• Pets must be leashed and controlled (service animals permitted per law)
• Follow signage, capacity limits, and restricted-area notices
• Commercial filming requires prior written permission
We may deny entry or remove violators at our discretion.
9) Vendor markets, farmers markets & event rentals
• Applications. Submitting a Vendor Interest, Market, or Event form does not guarantee participation. We evaluate fit, safety, and availability.
• Fees & deposits. Some programs require non-refundable deposits to secure dates/space.
• Compliance. Vendors must maintain required permits, insurance, and food/health authorizations; use UL-listed equipment; and follow all FHC, city, county, and fire-safety rules.
• Setup/teardown. Follow assigned load-in/load-out windows and bring necessary equipment (tents with weights, cords, etc.).
• Weather. Outdoor markets are weather-permitting. FHC may modify, pause, or relocate operations for safety.
• Indemnity. Vendors/organizers agree to indemnify and hold harmless FHC for claims arising from their products, services, or operations on the premises.
Program-specific addenda may apply and will control in any conflict.
10) Intellectual property

If you submit or post content (e.g., reviews, images, testimonials, social posts using our brand tags/handles), you grant FHC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display that content in any media for promotional and operational purposes. You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate law.
We may moderate or remove user content at our discretion.

You agree not to:
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or security features
• Use bots, scrapers, or harvesters without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
13) Third-party links, tools & services
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., ticketing, maps, social, payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.
14) Accessibility
We aim to make our property, events, site, and app accessible. For accommodations or feedback, contact info@farmhousecollective.com. Accessibility features may vary by event zone; staff can help identify accessible routes and seating.
15) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all information, products, and events are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected, or that content is accurate or complete.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; portions of this section may not apply to you.
16) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FHC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Services, events, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid to FHC for the product or ticket at issue.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on liability; portions of this section may not apply to you.
17) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FHC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services or attendance at our property/events, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms or law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right.
18) Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, fire, flood, pandemics, labor disputes, government actions, power outages, or network failures.
19) DMCA / copyright complaints

Send to info@farmhousecollective.com with subject “DMCA Notice.”
20) Governing law; disputes; arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules.
Binding arbitration & class-action waiver (U.S. users). Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final, binding arbitrationadministered by JAMS under its rules, conducted in Riverside County, California. You and FHC waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Each party may seek relief in small claims court for eligible claims. This clause does not limit either party’s right to seek injunctive relief for IP or data-security misuse.
If a court finds the class-action waiver unenforceable, this arbitration section is severed and the dispute will proceed in court (Riverside County, California).
21) International users
We operate in the United States. Access from other countries is at your own risk, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. By using the Services, you consent to processing in the U.S. See our Privacy Policy for transfer safeguards.
22) Severability; waiver; assignment
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid term that best reflects the original intent; the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent; we may assign without restriction.
23) Entire agreement
These Terms, together with policies referenced (including the Privacy Policy and posted event/vendor rules), constitute the entire agreement between you and FHC regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
24) Questions
